This Privacy Policy explains how Forward Labs, Inc. ("Forward Labs", "we") collects and processes personal data through forwardlabsai.com (the "Site"), and your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, KVKK, and CCPA/CPRA. This Policy sets our baseline global standard, built on GDPR principles. If you are located in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, please also see our Regional Privacy Addendum, which supplements this Policy with jurisdiction-specific detail.

• Careers application data: CV, contact details.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, via analytics cookies.

4. Legal Bases by Region

• GDPR/UK GDPR: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• KVKK (Türkiye): Art. 5(2) exceptions or explicit consent.
• CCPA/CPRA (US): Site visitor data is not sold or shared.
• UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL: see the Regional Privacy Addendum for the specific legal bases, rights, and transfer mechanisms that apply to visitors in these jurisdictions.

5. International Transfers

Data may be shared between our San Francisco and Istanbul teams. Transfers from the EU/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. Transfers involving UAE or Saudi visitors are governed by the mechanisms described in the Regional Privacy Addendum.

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose collected, subject to legal retention requirements.
